As part of the guest chef and pizzaiolo series at D10 called #G10s — short for Guest Ten — visitors on Saturday, October 18th at D10 Pizza Fantasista will be able to taste several different pizza styles in addition to the already familiar Ruota di Carro.
The guest of the evening is Jernej Berlot, an experienced Slovenian pizza master and long-time instructor, who trained in Naples and now brings that knowledge to Pag.

What Will Be Served
Jernej will present Montanara, a fried and baked hybrid pizza, Canotto-style pizzas characterized by their high, airy, inflated crust, and the traditional Neapolitan Pizza Fritta — which, unlike baked pizza, is fried in deep oil, resulting in a crispy exterior and a soft interior.
In addition, several sweet versions will be available, some of which will later remain on the permanent menu.
