D10’s Pizza Fantasista is now officially part of Pag on the Menu, a local certification program created to highlight restaurants, dishes, and food experiences that carry the ingredients, traditions, and character of the island.
For D10, this is not just a label on the menu. It is a natural next step for a pizzeria that was built on the meeting point between Neapolitan pizza culture and the flavors of Pag.
From the first day on Prosika, the idea was to make pizza with proper technique, strong ingredients, and a clear connection to the place where it is served. Joining Pag on the Menu confirms that direction in a simple and meaningful way.

Introducing Kaloka Vege
To mark this moment, D10 created Kaloka Vege, a new vegetarian signature pizza inspired by the island and shaped through the language of Neapolitan pizza.
The base starts with San Marzano DOP tomatoes, giving the pizza its classic southern Italian foundation. On top of that, Kaloka Vege brings in famous Pag cheese, creamy skuta, rosemary, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil.
The result is not a heavy or overcomplicated pizza. It is built around a few ingredients that make sense together: tomato for freshness, Paški sir for depth, skuta for softness, and rosemary with olive oil for that familiar Mediterranean finish.

A Pizza That Belongs to the Island
Kaloka Vege is our way of showing that local food does not have to stay locked inside traditional formats. The same ingredients that define Pag can also live on a Neapolitan-style pizza, without losing their identity.
Pag has a very specific taste. Salt, stone, wind, herbs, cheese, and the sea all shape the island’s food culture. With this pizza, we wanted to turn that feeling into something simple, direct, and easy to understand from the first bite.
